Cajun in the City is a unique cooking show shot in New York City. Its goal is to bring the Bayou to the Big Apple by introducing New Yorkers and viewers everywhere, to the excitement and flavor of Cajun and Southern style cooking.

 

     The show is hosted by Cajun Ken, whose goal is to introduce you to the wonderful world of Southern and Cajun cooking. Using a home grown cooking style, Cajun Ken shows how Southern cooking can be done in your very own home kitchen.  It shows that anyone with patience, love, and passion can cook wonderful Southern and Cajun dishes the proper way.

 

     Behind the scenes, the production crew and Ken work hard to perfect the great homemade dishes that we present to its viewers; trying and testing new food products, cooking with different seasonings, and creating new tastes. Our love for cooking at Cajun in the City ensures that what we make is the very best and truly authentic.
